This is a two-day tour of the most photographed places in Kazakhstan.
We have designed our route in such a way that in 2 days you will have time to see as much interesting things as possible, and also be able to avoid peak hours with the maximum number of visitors.
Kaindy Lake is an unusual, fabulously beautiful place, as well as unique in its kind. After the earthquake of 1911, a landslide occurred in the Kaindy gorge, which blocked the riverbed and contributed to the formation of the lake. However, the trees that grew in the gorge remained standing in the water as eternal guards of the lake.
Kolsai Lake is often called the pearl necklace of the Tien Shan for its beauty. Rainbow trout inhabit the icy, crystal-clear water, and majestic fir trees frame the lake. The canyons of the Almaty region are majestic and in no way inferior to their world counterparts. Books are written about them, their photos are inserted into magazines, and we offer you to see them live.
Tour day-by-day
The car will be delivered to your hotel on the morning of the first day. Departure from the city is accompanied by a short tour of the history and modernity of Almaty and Kazakhstan as a whole. The first location will be the Charyn Canyon, a walk along its riverbed is provided for about 2 kilometers (at the request of the tourist). After visiting the canyon, we will move to a clearing near the Charyn River, where a full lunch in nature will be organized. At the end of the day, we will arrive at Kolsai Lake, where a walk is also provided. A visit to Kolsai Lake is scheduled for the evening, when the big tourist buses leave. Overnight in a cozy guest house at the “comfort +” rate, in a hotel at the “lux” rate and in a tent camp at the “scout” rate.

day
On the morning of the second day, we have breakfast and head to Kaindy Lake. The car park is located 2 kilometers from the lake, this distance will need to be covered or ridden on horseback. The horse trail is not difficult, it is suitable for novice riders. After visiting the lake, we have lunch at the guest house and move back to the city of Almaty. On the way to the city, we will make a stop at the panoramic point of Aktogay Canyon, which is called “Black Rocks". Return to the city at about 18:00, the time is approximate. The exact time depends on your speed and wishes. We never rush anyone - enjoy the journey at a pace that is convenient for you.

We do not use other people's and stock materials, all the shots were made by us personally.
Kristina and Dima crafted a journey for us with incredible attention to detail. They conveyed us safely from Almaty to Tbilisi over 14 days, on-road and off-road. We went to many places you can only get to with difficulty, and those places were stunningly beautiful. As they got to know our personalities and interests, they started to adapt the trip even more personally for us. Every stop, every meal, every overnight accommodation was meticulously planned.

I would highly recommend Din-Jeep Trip. We spent a thoroughly enjoyable three weeks travelling with them and being looked after. The vehicles were top class, well maintained and comfortable. Drivers were highly experienced and also knowledgable about the area, its’ history and wildlife. For an unforgettable, safe and memorable tour (with fantastic food on top!) you definitely won’t find better. A huge thanks to Dima, Kristina and Kirill for the fantastic memories and support throughout our trip.
We were 8 women from Thailand. We had so much fun and amazing experience with Dima and Christina. We discussed with Christina over email and WhatsApp. They were able to customize the itinerary to accommodate our requirements. They helped us much more beyond e.g. exchange money, groceries, apartment's problems etc. We got a lot of information about history and the sites. I definitely recommend you go with Din-jeeptrip. The price was very reasonable. It was one of the best value for money trip we had.
Accommodation at a campsite. The price of the tariff includes the use of our camping equipment, as well as camping maintenance services (installation of tents, cooking, etc.).
